Privacy Policy
This is a small artist studio, not a large company. The short version: I only collect what I need to paint for you, and I do not pass it on.

What I collect
Enquiry details you send me: your name, email address, phone number, event date, city, and anything you write in the message field.
Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit: IP address, device type, and pages viewed.
Why I collect it
To reply to your enquiry, quote a commission, and plan the artwork.
To keep records of bookings, payments, and delivery.
To understand which pages people find useful so the site can be improved.
What I never do
I do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
I do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask me to.
I do not share your photographs or your story publicly without your permission.
Photographs of your artwork
I often photograph a finished painting before it is delivered. If you would rather I did not share those images on Instagram, this website, or with wedding platforms, tell me and I will keep them private.
How long I keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for up to two years. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as required for accounting purposes, then deleted.
Other services
This site links out to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and WedMeGood. Once you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply, not this one.
Your choices
You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I will action it within 30 days.
